The Millhouse is an exclusive, privately-owned State Heritage property in the Victorian spa country, near Daylesford.  I am offering you the rare opportunity to immerse yourself in the historic home and gardens over three days of making, gathering and feasting.

Leave the world behind and reconnect with your creativity in the most beautiful setting imaginable. 

We will be hosted by my friend Rachel and her husband Don, who own and live in this incredible property day-to-day. Rachel is a chef whose work has always centred around the seasons. After founding her Sydney farm-to-table restaurant Hearth & Soul, she traded city life for country Victoria, where she now shares that same philosophy at The Millhouse, bringing together cooking, gardens and hospitality in one extraordinary heritage setting.

Rachel will not only feed you, but invite you into her kitchen to share her time-honoured secrets for simple, nourishing, home cooked food using as much seasonal produce as possible - often, straight from the gardens.

Meanwhile, I will guide you through two exquisite new designs that I am preparing for our time together, both inspired by our surroundings.
